On our way to NYC a few weeks ago, with time to spare, my husband and I noticed a sushi restaurant in Chicago's O'Hare airport.
Wicker Park Sushi has a Special Veggie Roll filled with seaweed, asparagus, cucumber, avocado, pickled burdock root and squash. They also have edamame and miso soup as appetizers.
It was so nice to actually have something decent at the airport. Also can't wait for Real Food Daily to open at LAX next year! Hopefully it's hugely successful and other airports take notice.
