Caoba in Chicago

This weekend, I had lunch at a great Mexican restaurant in Bucktown/Wicker Park.  Caoba has one of the best salsas I've ever tasted.  It's just the right amount of spice and and the perfect consistency.
The Tacos con Vegetales are filled with roasted corn, tomatoes, zucchini, squash and poblano peppers sauteed in an amazingly flavorful salsa, topped with shredded lettuce and fresh avocado with rice and vegetarian beans on the side. I simply asked them to omit the sour cream to make them vegan.
Also, they have a full vegetarian section on their menu, most of which can be altered to be vegan.
