Vegan Pho

I forgot to post the most comforting thing that Ely's To Go prepares...Vegan Pho with Soy Chicken, Cilantro, Sprouts, Hoisin and Lime.  Pho is a traditional Vietnamese soup typically eaten for breakfast.  It's got incredible flavors...cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg along with the rice noodles, fresh herbs and Hoisin.  If you ever have the chance to eat at a vegetarian Vietnamese establishment, you will not be disappointed.  Vietnamese food is always bursting with flavor and fresh greens and herbs.  I believe I've mentioned this before, but my husband calls Pho 'Massage in a Bowl'.
