What a relaxing long weekend...my parents came to visit and we did some serious grilling. Corn on the cob, Chicago dogs, veggie burgers, vegan chicken + pineapple for dessert.

You can grill the corn in its husk (remove all of the silk-like fibers first) on high heat for about 20 minutes, until the corn turns bright yellow. You might also want to soak them first in water - ours caught fire a couple times :)
We then poured on some melted Earth Balance, fleur de sel + chopped green onions.
And for dessert...grilled pineapple with So Delicious vegan coconut ice cream.
