Blossom du Jour is a great vegan fast food joint in New York. It's owned by the same brilliant people who also own Blossom, Blossom Cafe, V Note + Cocoa V.
I ordered the Midtown Melt with cajun spiced seitan, vegan cheese, agave guacamole, lettuce and a chipotle aioli. This sandwich was heavenly, a flawless blend of flavors.
I also ordered a side of Onion Rings, so crispy and perfectly spiced.
For dessert, they have a Butterfinger Shake as well as Dun Well Doughnuts in multiple flavors. And if those don't peak your interest, Cocoa V is right next door!
