Soul Gourmet To Go

If you're traveling this summer, Soul Gourmet offers a Vegan Taco Salad that rocks. Bulgar wheat, spinach, peppers, onions, tomatoes, cashew cheese sauce and tortilla chips is the perfect snack to take on a plane. I've seen Soul Gourmet in both New York and Chicago airports, at Cibo Express stores. 

I love how many vegan options Cibo Express offers, I've posted about them many times. They are my go to spot every time I travel.
