Pitch is a cozy little pizza joint in Omaha. It's one of our favorite places when the weather gets cold.
They do have a vegan pizza on their menu (The Marinara), but I actually prefer their Veggie pizza ordered without the herb cream sauce and cheese. I originally ordered it with tomato sauce instead of the herb cream, but they accidentally left off the sauce. To my surprise, I loved it. Just the olive oil, roasted vegetables and basil made for the perfect combination. And the coal fired crust is heavenly.
