Last week, Heath and I stopped by Vareli on the Upper West Side for an al fresco snack. They have a really great cauliflower dish that I love.
Flash Fried Cauliflower with tahini, chili, lemon juice and sage. The lemon is so bright against the warm crispy cauliflower and the tahini is a great complement. I highly recommend it.
